What warranty or guarantee do you provide?
We provide a 10-year factory guarantee on the building structure. Up & Over doors come with their own manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 2 to 10 years depending on the door type.

How to find certified concrete garage installers?
You don’t need to worry about finding installers, we use our own fully insured installation teams. This ensures consistent quality, professional standards, and a reliable service from start to finish.
How much do concrete garages cost in the UK?
A typical order comes to around £3,500, rising to £10,000+ for an all singing, all dancing large ‘Elite’ double garage. Every price includes VAT, delivery and installation, and varies a little by size, specification and delivery postcode.
How much does a prefab concrete garage cost to install?
When you buy a prefab concrete garage direct from Nucrete, the price already includes delivery and professional installation anywhere in the UK. Garages are always supplied and installed as part of the package, with no hidden charges. You will need a suitable concrete base in place before installation. Nucrete can arrange this for you at an additional cost, ensuring your garage sits on a strong and level foundation.
Will a prefab garage add value to my property?
Garages can add value to a property whereas a shed may not. A garage will be considered in a property valuation as would extra bedrooms or bathrooms etc… With brick-effect fronts — or the Elite range's real brick front — a Nucrete garage also adds genuine kerb appeal, at a fraction of the cost of a brick-built garage.

A professionally laid concrete base is the best foundation for a prefab garage. It ensures stability, durability, and a long lifespan for the structure.
Do I need planning permission?
Prefab garages in England and Wales built under 30m2 (approximately 5.56m x 5.61m) can be erected under permitted development rights therefore do NOT require planning consent under most circumstances. There are exceptions such as listed buildings, properties in conservation areas etc. Contact us for full details.
How long will it take to build?
Most standard garages are installed in half a day. Because everything is built in factory, the actual installation time for the garage on site is very quick.
What’s the life-span of a prefab garage?
