We will
arrange a suitable delivery date with you on
confirmation of your order. We request
that there be someone at home on the day of
delivery to accept the goods and instruct
our fitters where to install the building.
If you have any issues with the delivery,
please try to inform our office at least 14 days
prior to the confirmed delivery date.
Our
returns policy
Return of
goods
We operate
a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that
if for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, simply contact us within 30 days
of delivery, and we will undertake any
corrections or repairs.
In the
unlikely event we cannot rectify an issue
pertaining to manufacturing or installation
defect to your satisfaction, then we may offer a
refund at our discretion.
If a refund is
granted and the
return of the building is due to an error on
our behalf, we will collect the goods with no collection charges.

Right to
Cancel
You have the right
to cancel. Should you need to cancel
your order, contact us as early as possible
so we can remove your order from our
delivery schedule. You will be liable
to pay nothing further than your original
deposit. Deposit is refundable
upon proof of declination of planning
consent only.
