Alistair and his maintenance free building

Alistair contacted us in May 2009 with a specific goal in mind. He wanted a secure storage shed for his garden, but specifically one with low or zero maintenance for the future.

Together, we decided that PVCu fascias and window, combined with a steel personnel door and guttering would be the answer, and Alistair chose a building that was 10′3″ x 8′5″ with a sloping roof format.

We confirmed all the specifications with Alistair and then arranged a delivery date, and delivered & erected the building (on the same day of-course) at the beginning of July.

After installation, we contacted Alistair, and asked if he would answer a few questions detailing his experience with us here at Nucrete, and here is his reply.

Alistair, why did you decided to buy your building online?

“No need to travel to view buildings. Lots of pictures and full specification on website.”

Presumably you looked around at other garage manufacturers online, but why did you choose Nucrete as your garage supplier?

“Good price and good specification.”

What reservations, if any, did you have dealing with an ‘online’ company, and did we meet any concerns or reservations you may have had fully?

“No reservations. Telephone contact confirmed that customer support was good.”

Were you pressured by our sales team at all?

“Not at all. Staff with whom I had contact were very efficient and helpful.”

What (if anything) didn’t you like about us or our service, and what do you think we could do to improve overall?

“Your service was excellent. I would have no reservation about recommending you to others.”

What was our installation service like?

“Competent and efficient. The lorry arrived as arranged and the erection was done efficiently and swiftly.”

Would you use us again, and/or recommend us to your friends or family?

“Yes without doubt.”
