A Garage with a “SPLIT” personality!

Sue originally enquired about extending or replacing her existing garage late April 2009, as she required more space for her home.
Due to difficulties in extending existing concrete sectional buildings because of incompatibilities between different manufacturers panels, Sue decided to replace her old building for a new one.
Although Sue’s new building was very straight forward in manufacture, plenty of planning went into getting door and window positions just right…
Sue’s concept was to partition the building internally, therefore making two separate internal rooms; The rear of the building to house a treadmill, and the front for general storage, hence the two personnel doors.
It was our responsibility to work out a plan of door and window positions for Sue that was completely suitable for her needs, whilst ensuring the structural integrity of the building. The end result was a building that was ready to be split in the correct places, whilst still being very strong and rigid.
Sue ordered her building in June, and took delivery in September when base-work and other garden work was completed by her builder. We asked Sue after installation why she chose Nucrete over the other suppliers of concrete sectional buildings and she said,
“Primarily price but it was soon evident that whatever the question (and there were quite a few!) there was a quick response with information required”
