Apex building with pvcu fascias and offset door
Lara first made contacted with us on the 3rd of April 2009 with a specific set of requirements and a few problems that she wasn’t sure could be overcome.
Firstly, the building was to be situated at the rear of her property, and Lara had concerns that our fitting team and delivery vehicle would not be able to gain access because of a narrow lane.
We asked Lara to email a picture to us so we could assess the situation of access. Our tecnical staff veiwed the image and within a day confirmed there would be no problems with delivery or installation.
The second requirement Lara had was vehicular access once the building had been erected. The narrow lane and position of her base and driveway meant that access with her car was going to be tight, so we suggested an offset up & over door which would benefit the installation for Lara in two ways…
Firstly, it would make it much easier to turn into the building with her car, and secondly leave more than enough storage space on the left side of the building which was also a requirement of the project.
Lara also decided that maintenance was an issue so opted for PVCu fascias and a steel personnel door.
After a few emails and phone calls to check all details of the project were correct, Lara contacted us to place her order.
