Extra
height garages come in a variety of options to suit your
individual requirements.
A standard height concrete
garage has a panel height of 2 metres (6'6"), which
allows a clearance through the up and over door of
approximately 1.9 metres (6'2"). This is more than
ample for most standard cars (and people) to
access.
With 4x4's becoming ever
more popular, extra height garages are on the increase.
The most common two sizes of extra height buildings
offer a clearance through the door of 2.05 metres
(6'8"), and 2.2 metres (7'2").
One of these two options
is usually adequate to accommodate most 4x4's.
Should you require more
height still, as in the case of a van, or mini-bus etc,
this can also be achieved, as illustrated in one of the
images above.
