All components of your Nucrete Building (excluding Up & Over Doors) are Guaranteed against any failure due to manufacturing fault for 10 years from date of installation subject to our maintenance schedule being adhered to.  This guarantee applies to all buildings delivered on or after 1st January 2006, which were purchased solely via our online sales office.

Berry Up & Over doors offer 2 years guarantee and Hormann Up & Over doors offer 10 years guarantee.

Maintenance Schedule:

All moving parts of doors should be oiled and cleaned at time of installation and thereafter on a regular basis.

Woodwork should be treated within 3 months of installation and thereafter on an annual basis with a quality exterior stain or paint and filler as required.

A sand and cement fillet should be applied to the inside only of the building within 3 months of installation.
